Corporate failures: Panera

Corporations often fail people, and it's only going to get worse. Some of this is because corporations suck in general. Some of it is because they know they can get away with it and don't care. Here is an example of Panera accepting orders for food they don't have yet failing to refund money even though they said they would. It's pretty underhanded, and I think it smacks of unfair and deceptive trade practices under North Carolina law.
