If someone rear-ends you, it's their fault (regardless of what an insurance company says)

We've probably all been rear-ended at one time or another. And it's the other person's fault when they rear-end you. It's very difficult to argue otherwise. The rules of the road don't allow you to rear-end someone and not be at fault because you are supposed to follow at a distance (adjusted for speed) to give you the ability to stop and not hit someone. So, when an insurance company tries to blame you when someone rear-ended you, it's total crap. Don't let them pull that garbage on you.
