Personal injury lawyers must fight back against "ahole" insurance defense lawyers and "ahole" insurance companies

Sometimes insurance defense lawyers can be real assholes. Most of the time they are nice and professional. I've dealt with my share of both over a 20-year legal career. It's one thing to fight hard. It's quite another to personalize it, which is what some lawyers do. That's poor form. But some still do it. Largely, I think this is drive by the lawyer's boss, the ultimate asshole, the insurance company.
