PI cases & jackass insurance companies

I wish I could tell you why insurance companies feel the need to be such assholes. But I can't. They could actually screw people over better by being nice. But no one ever said they have a consistent strategy. I tend to think people hate working for these companies and get so jaded that it makes them dicks.
