Did the FCC push MSNow to pull the Sascha Riley interview?

The FCC may have exerted influence over MSNow and either delayed or prevented all together the airing of the Sascha Riley interview. Technically the FCC regulates the networks and the radio airways, but the FCC can do the following to cable networks: 1) enforce strict customer service standards, 2) regulate billing practices, 3) mandate open access, and 4) review mergers. I've heard rumors the interview will air on Monday, March 23rd, but I'm not holding my breath.
