Lindsay Clancy will be acquitted.There is a reasonable  doubt in this case. Did her husband Patrick do it? It’s unclear. What is problematic for the prosecution, however, is the evidence of medication management issues and profound psychiatric impairment suffered by Clancy. All of these collectively may create and likely do create reasonable doubt. It is not a dispute that Clancy killed her three children. What isn’t dispute it to whether she possessed the appropriate criminal intent.
